EMOM Gymnastics Medicine Ball

EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • Odd minutes: 10 Handstand Push-ups
  • Even minutes: 15 Toes-to-Bar

Equipment:
- Medicine Ball
- Wall for Handstand Push-ups


Instructions:
Perform 10 Handstand Push-ups on the odd minutes and 15 Toes-to-Bar on the even minutes. Rest the remainder of each minute. This workout will challenge both upper body pushing strength and core stability. Adjust the reps as needed to maintain intensity throughout the 20 minutes.
