Tabata Gymnastics Stationary Bike

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of Max Effort Handstand Push-ups
    • 10 seconds of Rest

Equipment:
- Stationary Bike


Instructions:
Perform as many handstand push-ups as possible in 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before starting the next round. Complete 8 total rounds for a total of 4 minutes of work. If you need to scale the movement, consider doing pike push-ups or seated dumbbell presses. After completing the Tabata, hop on the stationary bike for a 10-minute cool down ride.
