  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of max effort Handstand Push-ups
    • 10 seconds rest

Instructions:
- Perform as many handstand push-ups as possible in 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before repeating for a total of 8 rounds.
- Scale the movement to pike push-ups or hand-release push-ups if needed.
- Score is the total number of handstand push-ups completed.
