AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 Handstand Push-ups
  • 15 Toes-to-Bar
  • 20 Box Jumps (24/20)
  • 15 Dumbbell Thrusters (50/35)

Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of 10 handstand push-ups, 15 toes-to-bar, 20 box jumps, and 15 dumbbell thrusters. Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
