- 50 Pull-ups
- 100 Double-unders
- 40 Toes-to-bar
- 80 Box Jumps
- 30 Handstand Push-ups
- 60 Burpees
Equipment:
- Resistance Band for assistance on Pull-ups
- Box for Box Jumps
- Wall for Handstand Push-ups
Time Cap: 20 Minutes.
