  • 50 Pull-ups
  • 100 Double-unders
  • 40 Toes-to-bar
  • 80 Box Jumps
  • 30 Handstand Push-ups
  • 60 Burpees

Equipment:
- Resistance Band for assistance on Pull-ups
- Box for Box Jumps
- Wall for Handstand Push-ups


Time Cap: 20 Minutes.


Note: Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity and form throughout the workout.
