  • 50 Pull-Ups
  • 40 Handstand Push-Ups
  • 30 Toes-to-Bar
  • 20 Burpee Box Jumps
  • 10 Muscle-Ups

Equipment: Slam Ball (optional for burpee box jumps)


Time Cap: 20 Minutes
