Chipper Gymnastics Stationary Bike

For Time:
- 50 Toes-to-Bar
- 40 Handstand Push-Ups
- 30 Pull-Ups
- 20 Ring Muscle-Ups


Stationary Bike: 1 Mile


Time Cap: 20 Minutes


Note: Break up the gymnastic movements as needed, but the bike must be completed before moving on to the next set of gymnastics. Be mindful of pacing and managing grip fatigue.
