Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of Handstand Push-ups
    • 10 seconds of rest

Equipment:
- Barbell


Instructions:
- Perform as many Handstand Push-ups as possible in 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before repeating for a total of 8 rounds.
- Scale the movement to pike push-ups or push-ups if needed.
- Score is the total number of reps completed.
