EMOM Gymnastics GHD Machine

EMOM for 20 minutes:
- 10 GHD Sit-ups
- 8 Handstand Push-ups
- 6 Toes to Bar


Instructions: Perform the prescribed number of reps for each movement at the start of every minute for 20 minutes. Rest for the remainder of the minute before starting the next set. Adjust the reps as needed to maintain intensity and form throughout the workout.


Notes: Focus on maintaining proper form and technique throughout the workout to prevent injury. Scale the movements as needed to ensure safety and efficiency.
