    • 20 seconds of Toes-to-Bar
    • 10 seconds of rest

Instructions:
Perform as many Toes-to-Bar as possible in each 20-second interval, alternating with 10 seconds of rest. Complete a total of 8 rounds. Keep track of your total reps for each round and aim to maintain or increase your reps throughout the workout.
