  • 10 Strict Handstand Push-ups
  • 15 Toes-to-Bar
  • 20 Alternating Pistols
  • 250m SkiErg

Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes. Make sure to maintain proper form on all gymnastics movements for safety and efficiency. Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
