EMOM Gymnastics Dumbbell

EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • Odd minutes: 10 Strict Handstand Push-ups
  • Even minutes: 15 Toes-to-Bar

Equipment:
- Dumbbell for scaling options


Instructions:
Perform 10 strict handstand push-ups every odd minute, then complete 15 toes-to-bar every even minute. Rest for the remainder of each minute before starting the next set. Adjust the reps as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
