Tabata Gymnastics Stationary Bike

Tabata Workout:


  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of max effort pull-ups
    • 10 seconds of rest

Equipment:
- Pull-up bar


Instructions:
Perform as many pull-ups as possible in 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Score is total number of pull-ups completed. Rest as needed between rounds, but aim to push yourself to maintain intensity throughout.
