- 15 Wall Balls (20/14 lb)
Instructions:
Perform 10 Toes-to-Bar and 15 Wall Balls at the start of every minute for 20 minutes. Rest for the remainder of each minute. Adjust the reps as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout. Focus on maintaining good form and technique, especially as fatigue sets in.
