Chipper Gymnastics Stationary BikeFor Time:
- 50 Pull-ups
- 40 Handstand Push-ups
- 30 Toes-to-Bar
- 20 Pistol Squats (each leg)
- 10 Muscle-ups
Instructions:
- Complete all reps of each movement before moving on to the next.
- Scale movements as needed to maintain proper form and intensity.
- Push yourself to move through the chipper efficiently, but with good technique.
Time Cap: 20 Minutes.
