AMRAP in 20 minutes:


  • 10 Handstand Push-ups
  • 15 Toes-to-bar
  • 20 Box Jumps
  • 25 Calorie Bike

Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of 10 handstand push-ups, 15 toes-to-bar, 20 box jumps, and 25 calorie bike. Scale the movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout. Make sure to maintain proper form on all gymnastics movements to prevent injury.
