Tabata Gymnastics Bench

Tabata Workout:
- Bench Press
- Pull-ups


Instructions:
Perform 8 rounds of each movement, alternating between bench press and pull-ups. Complete 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for each round. Rest 1 minute between movements. Score is total reps completed for both movements combined.


Equipment:
- Bench
- Pull-up bar


Notes:
Choose a weight for the bench press that allows for consistent movement throughout the Tabata intervals. Scale pull-ups as needed to maintain proper form and intensity.
