EMOM Gymnastics Medicine BallEMOM for 20 minutes:
- Minute 1: 10 Toes-to-Bar
- Minute 2: 15 Handstand Push-ups
- Minute 3: 20 Alternating Pistols
- Minute 4: Rest
Equipment:
- Medicine Ball
Instructions:
Perform the designated gymnastics movement at the start of each minute, then rest the remaining time until the next minute begins. Rotate through the three movements for a total of 20 minutes. Adjust reps as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
