AMRAP Gymnastics Stationary Bike

AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 Handstand Push-ups
  • 15 Toes-to-Bar
  • 20 Box Jumps
  • 15/12 Calorie Bike

Instructions: Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes. Scale handstand push-ups to pike push-ups or push-ups, scale toes-to-bar to hanging knee raises, and adjust box height as needed. Keep a steady pace on the bike to maximize rounds.
