Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of max effort stationary bike
    • 10 seconds rest
  • Rest 1 minute
  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of max effort handstand push-ups
    • 10 seconds rest

Instructions:
- Set up a stationary bike and clear space for handstand push-ups.
- Push yourself to go all out during the work intervals.
- Scale handstand push-ups to pike push-ups or push-ups if needed.
- Keep track of your total reps for each movement.
