- Handstand Push-ups
- Toes-to-Bar
- Burpees
- Box Jumps
Instructions:
Perform each movement for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds. Complete 8 rounds of each movement before moving on to the next. Keep track of your total reps for each movement.
