Tabata Gymnastics Assault Bike

Tabata:


  • Assault Bike (20 seconds on, 10 seconds off for 8 rounds)
  • Handstand Push-ups (20 seconds on, 10 seconds off for 8 rounds)

Instructions:
- Alternate between Assault Bike and Handstand Push-ups, completing 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds each.
- Score is total calories on the Assault Bike and total reps of Handstand Push-ups combined.
- Scale Handstand Push-ups to Pike Push-ups or Hand-release Push-ups as needed.
- Aim to maintain intensity throughout the Tabata intervals for a challenging workout.
