Tabata Gymnastics BenchTabata:
- 8 Rounds (20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest) of:
- Ring Muscle-ups
- Handstand Push-ups
Equipment:
- Rings
- Wall for Handstand Push-ups
Instructions:
Perform as many reps as possible of ring muscle-ups and handstand push-ups in the 20-second work intervals, alternating between the two movements for 8 rounds. Rest for 10 seconds between each round. Score is the total number of reps completed for both movements.
