AMRAP Gymnastics Assault Bike

AMRAP in 15 Minutes:


  • 15 Toes-to-Bar
  • 12 Handstand Push-Ups
  • 9 Pull-Ups
  • 6 Burpee Box Jumps

Equipment:
- Assault Bike


Instructions:
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of 15 Toes-to-Bar, 12 Handstand Push-Ups, 9 Pull-Ups, and 6 Burpee Box Jumps. Use the Assault Bike as an additional cardio element to keep the intensity high. Scale the gymnastic movements as needed to maintain proper form and intensity throughout the workout.
