AMRAP in 15 minutes:
- 10 Handstand Push-ups
- 15 Toes to Bar
- 20 Pistols (alternating legs)


Equipment:
- Medicine Ball


Instructions:
Perform as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of 10 handstand push-ups, 15 toes to bar, and 20 pistols (alternating legs). Scale the movements as needed to maintain proper form and intensity throughout the workout. Good luck!
