EMOM Gymnastics BoxEMOM for 20 minutes:
- 5 Strict Handstand Push-ups
- 10 Toes-to-Bar
- 15 Box Jumps (24/20")
Notes:
- Perform the prescribed reps for each movement at the start of every minute.
- If unable to complete the reps within the minute, rest for the remainder of that minute and continue with the next movement in the following minute.
- Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
