AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 Handstand Push-ups
  • 15 Toes-to-Bar
  • 20 Box Jumps (24/20")

Notes:
- Scale handstand push-ups to pike push-ups or push-ups if needed.
- Scale toes-to-bar to knee raises if necessary.
- Choose a box height that allows for continuous movement.
