AMRAP Gymnastics Wall Ball

AMRAP in 15 minutes:
- 15 Wall Balls
- 10 Handstand Push-ups
- 15 Toes-to-Bar
- 100m Sprint


Equipment:
- Wall Ball


Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of 15 wall balls, 10 handstand push-ups, 15 toes-to-bar, and a 100m sprint. Scale the movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
