For Time:


  • 50 Handstand Push-ups
  • 40 Toes-to-Bar
  • 30 Pistols (alternating legs)
  • 20 Ring Muscle-ups
  • 10 Handstand Walks (10 ft increments)

Equipment:
- Medicine Ball
- Rings
- Mat for Handstand Walks


Time Cap: 20 Minutes.


Instructions: Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity and proper form throughout the workout. Focus on pacing and breaking up the reps strategically to avoid burnout early on.
