EMOM Gymnastics GHD Machine

EMOM for 20 minutes:
- 5 GHD Sit-ups
- 5 Handstand Push-ups


Instructions:
Perform 5 GHD sit-ups and 5 handstand push-ups at the start of every minute for 20 minutes. Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity and proper form.
