AMRAP Gymnastics Kettlebell

AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 Kettlebell Swings
  • 10 Handstand Push-ups
  • 10 Toes-to-Bar

Equipment: 1 Kettlebell


Instructions: Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of 10 kettlebell swings, 10 handstand push-ups, and 10 toes-to-bar. Scale handstand push-ups to pike push-ups or push-ups as needed. Scale toes-to-bar to knee raises or hanging knee raises if necessary. Keep a steady pace and push yourself to keep moving throughout the entire 15 minutes.
