Tabata Gymnastics Dumbbell

Tabata:


  • Dumbbell Thrusters
  • Handstand Push-ups

Instructions:
Perform 8 rounds of each movement, alternating between Dumbbell Thrusters and Handstand Push-ups, for 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest. Rest for 1 minute between movements. Score is total reps completed across all rounds.


Dumbbell Weight: Choose a weight that allows you to perform at least 5 reps unbroken when fresh.


Scaling Options:
- Dumbbell Thrusters: Scale weight as needed, or perform Goblet Squats.
- Handstand Push-ups: Scale to Handstand Hold, Pike Push-ups, or Push-ups.
