AMRAP Gymnastics Slam Ball

AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 Handstand Push-ups
  • 15 Toes-to-Bar
  • 20 Alternating Pistols
  • 25 Double-unders

Equipment:
- Slam Ball


Instructions:
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of 10 handstand push-ups, 15 toes-to-bar, 20 alternating pistols, and 25 double-unders. Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout. Keep track of rounds and reps completed for scoring.
