- 50 Pull-ups
- 40 Handstand Push-ups
- 30 Toes-to-Bar
- 20 Ring Muscle-ups
- 10 Pistols (each leg)
Time Cap: 20 Minutes.
Note: Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity and proper form.
