AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 Handstand Push-ups
  • 15 Toes-to-Bar
  • 20 Alternating Pistols (10 each leg)
  • 25 Burpees

Equipment:
- Stationary Bike


Instructions:
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes. Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity and form throughout the workout. Focus on efficient transitions between movements to maximize work time.
