EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • 5 Strict Handstand Push-ups
  • 10 Toes-to-Bar

Notes:
Perform 5 strict handstand push-ups and 10 toes-to-bar every minute on the minute for a total of 20 minutes. If unable to complete the prescribed reps, scale down the number of reps or modify the movements to ensure proper form and intensity. Adjust difficulty as needed to maintain consistent work throughout the workout.
