Tabata:


  • 8 Rounds:
    • 20 seconds of Handstand Push-Ups
    • 10 seconds of rest

Equipment:
- Bench


Instructions:
- Perform as many Handstand Push-Ups as possible in 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before starting the next round.
- Scale the movement to Pike Push-Ups or Push-Ups as needed.
- Score is the total number of reps completed throughout all 8 rounds.
