Chipper: For Time:


  • 50 Pull-ups
  • 40 Handstand Push-ups
  • 30 Toes-to-Bar
  • 20 Ring Muscle-ups
  • 10 Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups

Time Cap: 20 Minutes


Instructions:
Complete all reps of each movement before moving on to the next. Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity while challenging yourself with the gymnastics elements. Be sure to maintain proper form to prevent injury.
