  • 50 Double Unders
  • 40 Toes-to-Bar
  • 30 Handstand Push-ups
  • 20 Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups
  • 10 Muscle-ups

Time Cap: 20 Minutes


Notes: Make sure to scale the gymnastic movements as needed to maintain proper form and intensity throughout the workout. This chipper will test your upper body and core strength, as well as your coordination and stamina.
