AMRAP Gymnastics Wall Ball

AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 Wall Balls
  • 5 Handstand Push-ups
  • 10 Toes-to-Bar
  • 15 Double Unders

Equipment: Wall Ball


Instructions: Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of 10 wall balls, 5 handstand push-ups, 10 toes-to-bar, and 15 double unders. Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
