AMRAP in 20 minutes:


  • 15 Toes-to-Bar
  • 20 Handstand Push-ups
  • 25 Alternating Pistols
  • 30 Double-unders

- Assault Bike


Instructions:
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes of the prescribed gymnastic movements. Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity and range of motion. Keep a steady pace and push through the fatigue to maximize your score.
