EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • 10 Toes-to-Bar
  • 8 Handstand Push-ups
  • 6 Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups
  • 4 Ring Muscle-ups

Barbell: #135 / #95
Instructions: Complete the prescribed reps of each gymnastics movement within each minute. Rest for the remainder of the minute before starting the next set. Adjust the reps as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
