AMRAP Gymnastics Slam BallAMRAP in 15 minutes:
- 10 Handstand Push-ups
- 15 Toes-to-Bar
- 20 Alternating Pistols
- 25 Double Unders
Equipment:
- Slam Ball (optional for added difficulty)
Instructions:
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes. Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout. Focus on maintaining good form on gymnastics movements to avoid fatigue. Have fun and push yourself to keep moving!
