AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 Handstand Push-ups
  • 15 Kettlebell Swings
  • 20 Goblet Squats

Kettlebell Weight: 24/16 kg


Instructions: Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of 10 handstand push-ups, 15 kettlebell swings, and 20 goblet squats. Scale handstand push-ups to pike push-ups or push-ups as needed. Keep a steady pace and push yourself to keep moving throughout the entire workout.
