EMOM Gymnastics Assault BikeEMOM for 20 minutes:
- Odd Minutes: 10 Toes-to-Bar
- Even Minutes: 15/12 Cal Assault Bike
Instructions:
Perform 10 Toes-to-Bar at the start of each odd minute, then hop on the Assault Bike and complete 15/12 calories in the even minutes. Repeat this pattern for a total of 20 minutes. Adjust reps or calories as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
