  • 40 Toes-to-Bar
  • 30 Burpee Box Jump Overs (24/20 in)
  • 20 Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups
  • 10 Ring Muscle-ups

Assault Bike: 20 Calories at the start of each round


Time Cap: 20 Minutes
