AMRAP in 20 minutes:


  • 10 Handstand Push-ups
  • 15 Toes-to-Bar
  • 20 Box Jumps (24/20)
  • 15 Kettlebell Swings (53/35)
  • 10 Burpees

Notes:
- Scale handstand push-ups to pike push-ups or push presses if needed.
- Scale toes-to-bar to hanging knee raises if necessary.
- Choose a box height that allows for quick, consistent jumps.
- Maintain a steady pace throughout the workout to maximize rounds completed.
