EMOM Gymnastics Bench

EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • 5 Strict Handstand Push-ups
  • 10 Toes-to-Bar
  • 15 Box Jumps

Equipment:
- Bench for box jumps


Instructions:
Complete the prescribed reps of each movement within the minute, resting for the remainder of the minute before starting the next round. Focus on maintaining quality movement throughout the workout. Adjust the reps if needed to maintain intensity.
