  • 15/12 Calorie Bike

Notes:
- Perform 10 Toes-to-Bar at the start of each minute, then complete 15/12 calorie on the stationary bike before the minute ends.
- The goal is to maintain a consistent pace and complete each round within the minute. Adjust reps or calories as needed to achieve this.
