AMRAP in 15 minutes:
- 10 Pull-ups
- 15 Handstand Push-ups
- 20 Toes-to-Bar
- 250m SkiErg


Instructions: Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes. Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout. Make sure to maintain proper form on gymnastics movements to prevent injury. Have fun and push yourself!
